In the midst of this global pandemic, a lot of small business owners are being affected in dramatic ways. Many have had to close shop due to the social distancing guidelines and despite being forced to close, a lot of these businesses are not receiving assistance from state or federal government. We’ve been brainstorming ways we can help our community during this time and have decided to offer Boudoir for a Change. Boudoir for a Change is our way of supporting local small business owners who are in need of assistance and aren’t receiving loans or grants from the government.
Skin by Stormie
In this spirit, we’ve thoughtfully selected a small business in Washington State who could use our help! Skin by Stormie is a skin care salon in Olympia, Washington run by – you guessed it – Stormie! Stormie is a Licensed Master Esthetician who loves helping enhance her clients’ natural beauty through a variety of services including skin care, waxing, and tinting.
Stormie graduated from Clover Park Tech college and loves being an esthetician because it allows her to connect with people every day. She is inspired to help others through her esthetic business and enjoys making a difference in the days of her customers, whether it’s through a facial, brow wax, or lash tint. She is always learning new practices and offerings in the esthetic space and is excited to continue growing her knowledge of her craft.
Supporting Small
When we let Stormie know we’d chosen her for our first donation, she was surprised and let us know she is both thankful and honored. Her plan is to use the donation to grow her business and give back to the community where she can. We want to help support more small business owners like Stormie who are struggling in this uncertain time. Boudoir for a Change is our way of making that happen.
In exchange for a $99 donation, we are offering a full Warrior Woman session and two add-on services. You’ll be receiving a $399 value package for a $99 donation to a small business. Supporting small businesses means you are literally supporting someone’s dream. We’re thrilled to be able to give back to our community and help Skin by Stormie out during this unprecedented time.
