I’m a 24 year old mom of two (eek) and I work with special needs children part time 🙂
Tell us about everything that lead up to your session.
I am petite and not curvaceous, so I’ve never felt sexy or desirable. After my second child, parts of my body changed but I really grew to embrace the fact that it was a part of me and my journey of creating lives. I began to exercise and felt empowered enough to look into doing a boudoir shoot and came across Ayla’s page. I felt very nervous and intimidated by the process initially. I almost backed out a few times truthfully.
Tell us about your session! I originally intended to do the shoot as a surprise for my husband, but we ended up doing a couples shoot. I really am happy that we did because I felt more comfortable having him there to say how good I looked! We got to go through the photos together and it was a great experience for us as a couple. I have to say I was shocked by how great the photos turned out, Ayla knows angles and poses to make you look your best. I was really anticipating disliking most but I ended up having a hard time cutting any out of our book! I felt so empowered and confident after this shoot I confidently identify as a MILF now!!
I really enjoyed Ayla and her team, they were very encouraging and comfortable to be around even though we weren’t in their office for long. My advice would be to just go for it. Even if a small part is screaming no, listen to the little voice saying YESSSS! It was so fun and exciting. This is something my husband and I are now considering doing every 5-10 years to spice things up. We ended up getting a large wall portrait as well as a book keepsake, digital copies and an acrylic block. The wall portrait is amazing for a bedroom, so beautiful. My husband ended up putting the acrylic block into his private office, and it is also very nice. Everything was wrapped up beautifully when we picked the products up. Very happy with it all!
