Tell us about everything that leads up to your session. This could be a story about your past that you want to share. Also, things like, What made you decide to do a boudoir session? Did you have any fears about boudoir photography going into your session?
I’ve had a couple of friends do sessions and saw their beautiful photos. I’ve fought body issues and confidence issues my whole life, and I thought it might be a good chance for me to see myself in a different light. I also wanted to have something to look back on when I’m old and gray to remember what I once was.

Tell us about your session! Was the session different from what you expected it to be? What was the best part of your session? What were you feeling and thinking when you first saw your photographs? Did your session change the way you saw yourself and your beauty? Etc.
I was nervous, but from the moment I walked in Ayla and Rob were so warm and welcoming. I immediately felt relaxed. They asked me beforehand what my favorite beverage was and had it waiting for me when I arrived. Which I thought was awesome. Then I met my makeup and hair artist, and she was also so sweet. Ayla and Rob sat and chatted with me while I was getting made up. Gave me a rundown of what we will do — asked if I had questions or ideas. After I was all made up, they brought me over to the mirror for the reveal, and it was awesome. I’d never seen myself like that before. Then I went into the dressing room to put on my first outfit. The shoot was so fun! Ayla tells and shows you what to do for every shot, so don’t be nervous about not knowing what to do. There was never pressure to do anything I didn’t want to; everything was up to me. After I got dressed, sipped my beverage and sat looking at all the things you can order while Ayla edited. She was done quick, and then I got to see ❤️ Honestly I wasn’t expecting to like more than one or two. I don’t like how I look in pictures and thought this would probably be no different…. boy was I wrong! I wanted them all!!!! They were amazing!

The nitty gritty! Any advice you would give to other women when thinking about their own boudoir session? What products did your order and what did you think about them when you recived them? How did you like working with Ayla?
If you are on the fence just go for it. You will not regret it one bit. I decided on a book of pictures. The book is super high quality and looks incredible. Believe me I wanted so much more but my husband would have murdered me and buried me in the backyard if I spent as much money as I wanted to lol. I loved working with Ayla and definitely want to again.
If you were going to write a review for us, what would you say?
I have friends that have done Boudoir sessions with other photographers. When they saw mine they immediately regretted not getting them done with Ayla. She has an amazing talent and eye. Plus beyond all of that she is just the sweetest person. This is the girl you want to do your photos!!!
