I am 42 years old. I am a mom of one and a stepmom to 3 adult kids. I work in food service. I enjoy watching sports with my husband. I enjoy spending time with friends.
Tell us about everything that lead up to your session. This could be a story about your past that you want to share. Also, things like; What made you decide to do a boudoir session? Did you have any fears about boudoir photography going into your session?
My friends had done it and told me it was fun. I was nervous about doing one because it was something out of my comfort zone. I also wasn’t sure with my weight and how the pictures would look. I have always struggle with weight, but during the shoot it didn’t feel like an issue.
Tell us about your session! Was the session different from what you expected it to be? What was the best part of your session? What were you feeling and thinking when you first saw your photographs? What did doing this shoot do for your self-confidence, self-worth, and self-image? Tell me your story.
It was totally different than what I expected. I was nervous when I came in. Once we started things, I started to feel comfortable. The best part was getting my hair and makeup done. I had never had it done by someone professionally. When I saw my photographs, I thought they were beautiful. Doing the shoot made me feel more confident.
The nitty-gritty! Any advice you would give to other women when thinking about their boudoir session? What products did you order and what did you think about them when you received them? How did you like working with Ayla and the team?
Be open minded. You can do it! It is a great feeling. Do it for yourself because it is empowering. I ordered a wall portrait, acrylic block and an album. When I received them, I loved them and so did my husband. I loved working with Ayla and her team.

Working with the team was awesome! There was great communication with the photographer leading up to the shoot. She made me feel comfortable. I was impressed with how my photos turned out. Loved the products that I ordered.
